Sharp is one of the Rochester area native who studied clarinet in the Hochstein School of Music. She also played piano and cello. Her enthusiasm for school theatre inspired her to enroll at The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded a scholarship. Cum Laude graduated with a B.F.A. Sharp began her journey in the stage world after graduation of the Conservatory. She performed in The Broadway National Tour of Carousel and debuted off-Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and played eight different roles in the comedy that is interactive Eat the Runt. Other theatrical productions include: Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp performed alongside the playwright August Wilson himself. Apart from her roles in stage and screen, Sharp has several other creative projects that she's co-written or written. Sharp continues to perform and is in the process of putting together an album of full length. Sharp, who is often either in front of or behind the camera and in the recording studio, enjoys staying fit. Sharp studies Krav Maga as well as boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, walk and go on a long road trip. Sharp lives with her family in Los Angeles with family.
