Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American broadcast reporter. She is best known as anchor of the CNN morning show At This Hour. She was also the co-anchor of CNN's Monday morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan was a key part of CNN's award-winning coverage of the 2012 presidential election and 2016. She also spent time in Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan was a Capitol Hill Unit member when she covered the congressional cycle, including events like the debates to increase the limit of federal credit as well as the debates of the super committee. As an assignment reporter for general assignments, she has covered stories like that of the Christmas Day bombing in 2009 and also the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. The journalist began working for CNN in 2007 as a national correspondent for CNN Newsource.
